High end cards from a small time seller

Ebay auctions

Anyone ever dealt with this seller? He hasn't sold anything in a while, then BAM! high end Carlton, Santo, Fingers RC's etc....
From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

  • Never bought from them, but I would have no problem bidding on these based on past history of this seller.

he's not actually selling these either it doesn't look like. Just checked the first two and he is a couple hundred above VCP. Another BINiot seller, blah.

I don't see anything alarming about the seller. They sold a $1500 Bob Lemon in February with positive feedback. As Corvette aluded to, maybe he is putting part of his collection on the 'Bay to troll for deep pocketed collectors.

How do you define "small time seller"? I have some high end stuff I've sold and will be selling on eBay and my feedback is less than 300....we all have to start somewhere
