PSA - Please adress the issues that matter. All the new features should be secondary to customer service and making what you already offer beneficial.
START With SMR. You publish population reports. However, the SMR makes bulk adjustments which don't consider an individual card's population. For instance, the SMR prices on 8.5 cards were raised repeatedly in some vintage sets without the sales justifications. Then, cards in the same grades were lowered (all at once) regardless if they were pop 1 , highest graded cards or not. PLAIN and simple the SMR does not consider card pop reports. How can the SMR be lowered for cards that don't exist???
