Has a grader ever gone from one company to another?

People get very caught up in company loyalty, but nearly everyone I know has switched employment within the same industry at some point. So if a PSA grader wants out of the impossible OC real estate market and packs up to work for BGS in Dallas, does all of their perfect skill get lost along the way? If someone from BGS decided they hate country music and belt buckles, does PSA really turn away a highly qualified applicant, because of all the terrible grading they surely did at BGS? I've just seen so many properly and terribly graded cards in all holders, I'm wondering if a couple of these weren't actually the same grader.
