i think it's safe to say that a young & brutally aggressive Clay would have laid out a dancing, floating & stinging Ali.

Ali better hands down. His win over Foreman was probably the greatest victory in boxing of his generation, Foreman was a monster in boxing then, he would have flat out knock down KO'd any of Clay's opponents in approximately 11 seconds. Ali out boxed then out hit the toughest Heavyweight since Clay. Then he goes on to win the greatest Heavyweight fight maybe of all time. Ali is also a worldwide icon. Ali is the Black Superman, not Clay.

Just sayin'.

i think clay. his reach would have been too much for ali. i think he had more heart than ali as well. that is all.
