What is the deal with these? Can someone let me in on the story of them? Also have any of you guys had luck with them? I see them on ebay all the time going for quite a bit of money it seems to me.

I want to say they were a scam. They sold them at Target for like $20. Odds of finding the rare packs are slim.

I bought one a couple of years ago at Walmart for $19.95 just as a curiosity . Out of the 16 packs, 10 of them were junk wax packs and the other 6 "packs" were 10 to 12 junk wax era commons put in a plastic sleeve and vacuum sealed.
I guess I should have bought them all and put them on ebay.
