A challenge for sure Will give $50.00 in Cards for help

Does anyone have any idea what the make and year of these cards are?---I figured if anyone would know it would b on these boards----they were made between 1936 and 1940----searched all psa records, registry, etc and still nothing---they came from somewhere around Pennsylvania i believe--beginning to think they were a regional set made somewhere around there

The writting on the back looks lke the baseball cards of the 1930-s goudy. They manuf cards from about those years.
I searched ebay as goudy presidents and came up with thes.
They look like similar reprints of what you have. Some of the prtrats are different but they may have made more than one version.
