Anyone ever see these 1990 Donruss cards before?

Earlier today I was looking through a box of oddball Ripken cards I had & forgot all about this Bill Ripken card from the 1990 issue. I probably picked this up at the old Fort Washington (PA) shows back in the early to mid 1990's.....Just curious if anyone has seen anyother examples like this?

It's not an eraser, the front is entirely smooth...picture area is consistent with white background area when shown in light....
