    What about the 1968 Topps Rack. Looks like everyoneis avoiding it like the plague. Is this a third party rack or a bogus thing? I can never tell.

    Both.


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
