ARE THE DEALERS KEEPING THE SHIELD REVERSE CENT FACE UP ON CERTIFIED HOLDERS?

It's now been FOUR years since the portrait of Abraham Lincoln appeared on the front slab of PCGS & NGC coins? Why is this? Do most collectors want to continue seeing the Lincoln cent with no date visable on the coin when they hold their slabs to check the grade? Last year the President of PCGS told me that PCGS was returning to putting the obverse of the Lincoln cent on the front of the slab. It just didn't happen. I would like to know how collectors feel about this. Obviously, most dealers submit coins for slabbing based on demand. Is this what the Lincoln cent collector wants or is it that if no one speaks up we continue to do it the wrong way. And all these "first strike" and other rediculous labels. I guess they are now made for the newbees. I know I'm spouting off but does ANYONE agree that the portrait of Lincoln belongs on the FRONT of the certified holder? Dealers and collectors, please tell me what YOU think and what you know about this issue. Thanks, Steve
