PSA/DNA Red Flip

Why is it when I type in the cert number for PSA/DNA red flips in the PSA/DNA set registry it comes up as bad cert number, but when I type it into the PSA set registry it works fine. Shouldn't I be able to put red flips into my PSA/DNA set registry? Or can you only put blue flips in there? I am new to doing set registries so any help would be great.
