I find that it's a lot easier to use a nice textbook or SAT prep book to get the job done

On a more serious note....I have found using the base handle of a Sonic Toothbrush to do the job very quickly and well.
Seconds to properly orientate my coins in the slabs that are slightly out of whack.

It's a whole lot easier to put them in the freezer for a few hours and then use an electric toothbrush to rotate it around.

Why does it make it easier to put the coin in the freezer? Does it make the plastic inserts shrink?

Funny as it is, I have done this several times with great results. Only difference is that I bang the corner of the slab on my leg.
I like the electric toothbrush idea, but if I bought one, I would feel the desire to use it on my teeth, and my dentist wouldn't be able to get that new Boat.

After working as a contractor long enough, one learns to appreciate a TOOL hard at work. I thought it was a delightful sound.

This just made me think of a great numismatic practical joke. Say your buddy is trying to consign and sell all his coins, you rotate each coin 180 degrees right before listing/photos taken. I know, I know, too cruel!!
