I needed to pick up a few things for the wife a Wal-Mart so I left eary to detect a HS concession area. I gave myself 3hrs. With 15 mins to go I was at $9.96 and found 5 straight Lincolns with the last one being a Lincoln $. I like those kind of Lincolns. Anyway I ended up with $11.14 for the day. I should have left to hunt earlier.

    Are you scoring a lot of quarters?

    I went to a house the other day and started with 3 quarters right off. Thought, "this is going to be good!" Then, 41 out of the next 46 coins were cents! Fortunately, one wheat, an IHC and a merc was thrown those 46, but it was a lincoln-fest.

    I'm doing well on quarters and nickels. Fortunately most of these coins were either on the top or just under the grass.
