Getting Group Pack submission rates...

We did one last year that went pretty smooth. I can only imagine how many we could put together.

I could certainly come up with 15-20 easy.

So let's hear your thoughts, and how many roughly would you be in for? We should be able to get a rate of $9/$10 per pack. If we put together several hundred we might get a little lower.

Please post questions or ideas on the process.

I could sub about 3 cello packs - does it matter about wax versus cello?

I assume you mean 72 - present. Any chance of doing one for earlier years? I would have several to submit for that. I would probably still have 10 or so for post 71.

  • Yes 1972-present.

If we get enough for earlier years we could. Maybe we could just include it as part of the total.

I would be in for a bunch. I'd like to sub the 71-72 hockey we bought from BBCEX and a 70 football I'm curious about. if we can't no worries.

    Thanks.

We need to see scans to see if they qualify! Lol

Meaning that's great, you should post them in the unopened thread.

Ther's got to be more pack collectors than this. Are we saying the recipients of the last three group buys all ripped their packs?????

I probably have about 10 with me here and if we can do earlier, I have 6 or 7 '51 redbacks I'd send.

For me the cheaper it is, the more I will do. If we had a goal for a price point, people might be more specific and add to their totals. Any idea what 500 would get us?

  • Have been corresponding with PSA to get group pack pricing.

    Asking for prices on:

    150
    250
    500

Most likely will be 1970 to present, but have asked for other years as well. Will post again once received.

Did they ever respond or is the $12 special the best we'll get for a while?

  • $12 is the best, they won't go down to $10 like they did last year for us.
