those figures are in whole dollars (the period is the comma) The total is $24,950.00, not $24.950

Uhh....that would make the budget 24 dollars and 95 and no half cents for the year ?
Me thinks that those three decimals are the usual ones that follow along behind how ever many thousands are being tallied up... I could be wrong here though maybe
