I like that they take everything out to three decimals. You never know when an expenditure may have that extra half cent.

those figures are in whole dollars (the period is the comma) The total is $24,950.00, not $24.950

Uhh....that would make the budget 24 dollars and 95 and no half cents for the year ?
Me thinks that those three decimals are the usual ones that follow along behind how ever many thousands are being tallied up... I could be wrong here though maybe
