Fee question on oversized holder

I know PCGS charges an additional fee of $20 for an oversized holder that holds up to a 5 oz coin.

They also have a much larger holder,,,,, anyone know the additional charge for this holder?

This holder is much larger,,,,, is it more than the $20?

I want to holder a 10 oz silver dragon.
