What should I do? 1954 Wilson Franks Enos Slaughter

I have the opportunity to buy a 1954 Wilson Franks Enos Slaughter PSA3 MK. What kinda of value you put on this and what kind of flip value do you think is to be had. I've done some research but there really hasn't been many sold. Any opinions would be appreciated!

This card with a qualifier last sold in 2008 for $80. I can't really put a value on it, as it has infrequent sales history. I do know the issue has dropped in popularity as of late, so I would not invest too much in it, and I would think it would be equally hard to flip to profit.
  • Thanks, the guy has $175.00 on it but I was gonna negotiate price. Looks like I may pass.

He is using the PSA 3 price from VCP but failing to take into account the qualifier. And in my opinion the MK qualifier is the worst one on a card

I follow the sales of this set pretty closely and there is just a GIGANTIC disparity between the hammer prices and the BIN listings. Not a good time to be buying. Wait until these sellers come back down to earth.

Pretty much agreed, although an OF qualifier means that card is so ugly no one wants it either.

Depends on the size and location of the 'MK' too.
    Good for you.

Agreed. If I can get an otherwise nice looking card that has a small pen or pencil mark on the back of the card for the price of one two grades less, I'm all over it.
