It's not the strongest of chains, but it probably could be put onto a key fob.

The short dog tag chains used to break too easy when used as a key ring leaving one with a pocket full of keys if lucky, if not all over the ground.
Been there done that both ways.

I was a "19 Series" so I get the question. Atleast there is a Comm coin for the military.

Now I would get one if it had an M1A2 Tank on it.
