I promptly bid and paid and it arrived today.
It won't be housed long in its current slab and soon enough (will submit at Long Beach) will be PCGS plasticized.

If I stayed away from all coins other think are a POS my collection would be pretty sparse.

1903-S Micro S coins are very often impaired somehow. If yours is cleaned and retoned, it's definitely not egregiously so. I agree with the high VF grade.
