Difficulty adding coins to WLC, want list connection

I Came across problem adding coins to WLC(Want List Connection)., kept getting system error. I reported issue to PCGS this week, Michele replied they are having the IT experts look into it.

The WLC is a great way to quickly find coins that you want.
