I had been buying one of each. Might quit. Who's buying?

I'll be buying---gotta keep my set complete. This one looks to be interesting. With silver down and falling, this one should be relatively cheap.

Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.

I love Puerto Rico and I've been to El Yunque, so I'll be buying at least a couple.

I'll wait to buy a DMPL version already slabbed. The demand for these has dropped so much that I think it pays to wait...

I'm in for one to keep the set current.I dont imagine that they will continue minting them to the end of the program.2012 may be a low mintage year for these.I also think that some of the dealers who see the 2011 5 oz ATBs sitting in the warehouse may start ordering less if possible.

Well I have the first two years worth, so I guess I am in for this one too. Hope the mint adjusts price down before release. image

Why would you think the price for this will be anything other than the $204.95 that they are currently charging??

Isn't the price adjusted weekly based on silver prices which are falling? Or, is that being done only for the bullion coins?

Price is only adjusted weekly on gold and Platinum. Silver has to advertised in the Federal Register and takes several weeks for the change to be approved.

The Mint adjusts gold and silver collector coin prices weekly, based on its price grid. Silver collector coin prices are not adjusted on a fixed schedule.

Is the May 29 release date for the collector version only, or will the bullion coin be made available to dealers on the same day?

Great collector item that just ups the stash of silver. Last one I got was at $175 off ebay.
Sellers are starting to dump (not in droves) and bargains can be had.

5 x 27=$135. $70 premium. $204 at the mint. I will pass. Even these collector versions should be considered just bullion plays. When they get into 5K mintages below I may be interested. I am on the fence at the end of year for a 2012 DMPL Set. I will have to see price wise.
