Attn: daBeef, AI3, and SkiVermont3 (this will shed light on the situation)

DaBeef, just let it go. Here are the facts:

1) AI3 said someone using your name which anyone can do posted on his guestbook. To prove that, most guestbooks log IP addresses. If AI3 can give me the IP, I can compare it with the one on CE to clear up this matter.

2) Anyone can create different AIM names (ie. Brandon Rusnak did it all the time). Just because someone created dabeefe1 doesn't mean it was him. What's stopping someone from creating the name SkiVerm0nt3 and messaging RichyF and NBASteve (if they have AIM) and saying. "Yes, I ripped you off! You ain't getting anything".

3) daBeef is a very active user on CE and have never posted anything that was distasteful (prejudice, sexist, etc.) toward any other user. All of his posts are Sports/Sports Hobby related. "da Beef" between he and AI3 (pun intended ) started when dabeef gave AI3 a negative rating on CE which is basically just a "popularity" rating system. The point system is what's important because it is based on how many successful trades you've made on CE. Those can only be given to users by the mods and admin.

So, by looking at this post, ANYONE could have been watching what has been going on on CU and set daBeef up. That's the main reason I suggest most disputes be handled in private message. Too much information given out publicly can free up the way for someone such as JuniorBuggIes to cause more chaos.

I have no problems with daBeef or Ski personally. I believe that was an actual AIM conversation, but I think it was someone else other than daBeef having a little fun with the situation. If you do a search on CU, you will clearly see that ALL of the information was posted publicly.

    daBeef, he didn't make it up. Someone using "daBeefe1" had a conversation with SkiVermont3 framing you. That was an honest mistake on SkiVermont3's part. Whoever pretended to be you. So, cool out.

    Yeah but ill give ya 1 to 1 odds he had someone here do it, so he "technically" wouldnt be lying about dude i swear i got this im....

    it did shed a little light auto, but Im obviously still not happy, Ski only you can change this by clearing it up

    how can i clear this up? i did not write this, nor put anyone up to it/ask anyone to do this. its not fair that youre being like this, but im going out on a limb and believing that YOU didnt write that stuff.

    No way this was an honest mistake, nobody makes the comment in that message history as a joke to set someone up..
    Like I said before Ill pay someone in cards to get to the bottom of it.
    There is already one guy im gonna send Kobe rookies to that gave me some info on a pm.......

    Ski lies about alot of stuff. His computer freezes up everytime he loses pool. with all the sh*t you've stolen, you should be able to afford a new one.

    daBeef why would he go through the trouble of having someone else to do it which he could have typed it himself? Makes no sense. I honestly think he had nothing to do with it.

    I will say again. If you had AIM and someone private messaged you with the name SkiVerm0nt3 and insulted you, wouldn't you assume it is Skivermont3? Notice the "0" and "o". Where SkiVermont went wrong is that he should have contacted you via PM here and asked you about it before posting it public.

    Ski isnt smart enough to think of asking by PM's or even thinking someone might try to stir up the situation and use a SN saying he's DaBeef. Ski if you were smart you would have known DaBeef would not have said those things because if he actually said all that he knew he would be eaten alive on the forums...think before ya act buddy
