Toned Morgan scratches on rev: will it grade? *Grade in*

Another eye opening experience after taking photos of some of my coins. In my affection of this toner ( which I've shared here before), I haven't ever really taken a close look at the reverse. I've always gloated over the color on the obverse and failed to look 'under the hood' so to speak.
I took notice of these scratches, abrasions next to the Eagle wing!
Is there any chance that these scratches I've noticed are something like over the top die polish marks? Or, am I just dreaming and hoping for something that's out of the question?
Interesting to note all the die cracks on the rev as well as the filled ( or repunched) mint mark.
Here are some close ups taken at two different lighting angles. Yet another example of how lighting can alter surface appearances.
Upon closer and closer inspection, it's looking more and more like they aren't scratches after all.......... Sorry to drag all you through my process here...... Perhaps I should have done this analysis before freaking out and posting my photo! On the other hand, maybe it's turned into an educational experience to some degree

Pretty colors, but AU and scratched.
I'd guess that it should come back in a Gennie holder. Too bad.

<< <i>Going from the pics, to me that coin looks clearly uncirculated and I think it would grade. >>
<< <i>I think the scratches (to the left of the left wing) will prevent it from grading. >>
Agree. Looks like someone was scraping something off the coin.

The coin is definately Unc with bag marks. I'll try and get a high mag photo.
Just got my Collectors Club packet delivery this morning with vouchers for 8 grades!
Some contraversial coins going in with my first submission folks!!! Remember the 92-s Morgan which was debatable XF to AU? Lively discussion over that one...
And the 1928 Peace that REALLY stirred things up with the majority calling it a MS 62-63 and Crypto insisting it was an AU?
They, and likely this beast will be going out quite soon now.
Thank you all for your input and comments once again crew!

Your enlarged pics definitely change things. Those 'scratches' now look as if they are part of the toning on the surface, not into the surface - as they would be if they were scratches.
They certainly could be fingerprint remnants.
At MS 63......Happy too....
