Slab Collectors....Help With this PCGS Holder, Please

Purchased this PCGS slab at a small show today. I haven't seen this one before. From the number on the holder ( just over the 4 millionth coin certified), I believe this coin had to be certified right after they discontinued the "rattler" holder. The colors of the inserts in the photos is accurate. Anyone here have knowledge of this holder and it's scarcity?
Thanks in advance,
Bruggs

He is showing enough. It is one of the earlier single piece holders, when they changed from green to blue but before the font changed.

The serial number is a random number and you can't draw any conclusions as to how many were slabbed before this one.

The pic of the reverse would indicate that the slab was right after the rattler types. The cert number does not mean that it was the 4,065,497th coin graded.

The holder was used from 1990 through 1994. The cert numbers are not sequential.

no this was NOT the earliest or last of the post rattler OGH labeled slabs. This was probably after the doily, most likely two generations after the doily.

I suspect this was in a one piece slab in which the plastic molded PCGS is on the slab rather than on the edge.

Also this was one of the non colorfast slabs in which the label turned BLUE OR YELLOW.
