This one shows a nice triple clash as can be seen in the reverse images.
Notice also what looks to be a screw impression on the reverse.
While there are a few theories as to what happened with this variety, one
is that a screw broke loose from the screw press and caused this impression.
Some say a screw is too soft to leave this strong a mark on the working die but maybe
it was a screw, I don't know for sure.

The holder is incorrect - it's actually an S-5 with the 7 and 2 repunched.

Likely the result of someone at the mint etching the die with a sharp tool (while the die was soft). I've been looking for an example for quite a while.
