Consolidated Auction LLC anyone familiar with

I have recently purchased an item with an "Authenticity Certification" from the

CONSOLIDATED AUCTION, LLC. In Philadelphia, Pa 19148

Its for a photo of Ali and Holmes with signatures of each there is also a web site
address www.consolidatedsports.com that cannot be found ?

Thankfully I did not buy this lot for the photo/signatures but for some of the
other items included

My question is has anyone dealt with this type of cert. I know I have seen others
just like it so not sure if this is just an old outdated company or a scam that has
been done more then once

Thinking of having PSA verify but the cost of 100.00 plus is rather hight if it turns
out to be a fake, If I had some reason to beleive this company (Consolidaed Auction)
was ligit it might be worth a chance to have PSA verify
