A lesson learned

My wife and I are touring Denver for the first time. We decided to tour the Denver Mint. Well, when we arrived we learned that tours are by appointment only, and are made through the Mint's web site. We also learned that the tours are currently booked through the next three weeks. A lot of begging got us nowhere, so we'll have to plan ahead if we ever get back to this part of the Country.

I know, go back there tomorrow and tell them I said it was okay if you took the tour then.
Let me know how that works out for you.

to tour the mint there. Leave them all in your car. You can't take anything in except
the wallet in your pocket. But you can walk in without an appointment.
