1917 S SLQ with Rim Ding - Submit it?

I've got a coin i've debated sending into PCGS.. I'm assuming it will grade, but how badly do you think the rim ding will net the grade down?

Worth a shot as in an ole gasket holder you wouldn't see most of it.
Now that both services are using prongs more coins will be rejected by collectors for rim issues.
I'm watching a token right now in a MS62 whitey prong tomb that looks like it was whacked hard on the rim with a hammer.
