I recently purchased a lot of 1976-77 Basketball cards. I want to send some of these cards in for grading, but I need some advice on were to purchase the holders for submitting these cards. I looked on Ebay but there are no holders large enough for these cards.

Bigkid had some auctions up for Card Saver IV's. They're for oversized cards, but you should check to see what the dimensions are first.

Try David Fratkin http://www.sportscardprotectors.com/cgi-bin/store/ezwebstore.cgi?product=cat06 he has Card Savers IV's and he is a good dealer. Ships fast and responds to emails. The 1976-77 Tall Boys fit very well in these holders.
