<< <i>Keeep dreaming for another QE this year...it just aint gonna happen. People are smarter now that enough info. is out there now to show how bad of a move it was to do the 2nd time. If it's done a third time before the election, that spells death for Obamas chance of winning again. It just isn't going to happen imo. Meanwhile, The $ is strengthening and that makes him look good going into election. He doesn't look good to me, but the majority of people I talk with about the subject think that we're recovering...in effect, he's got them fooled just at the right time to get their vote. Look for a continuing drawn out slow death of metals til 1/20/13, at least. >>
Have no idea where you live, but that ain't the story in our neck of the woods and we are a swing state.
PEACE! This is the first day of the rest of your life.

NW IN, 30 miles SE of Chicago. Most I talk to around here that are NOT into metals think he's doing a hell of a job and is a lock for re-election. They think the programs he's pushed thru are just fabulous...I am in the minority in more ways than one in these conversations. These are working clas blue collar people, that vote.
To forgive is to free a prisoner, and to discover that prisoner was you.

You live in a serious blue are where a republican would have a prayer in hell. Far from representitive of the rest of the country. I would not give up just yet.

I'd have to concur with Kona. I've talked to quite a few people who voted for obama in 08 and will either vote against him or not vote at all this year. I'm also in a "swing state" although I wouldn't be surprised if the dems throw in the towel here even though the convention is in charlotte. On the metals front I'll be buying some today, Shame I couldn't do it a couple of days ago but I still like the price today.
