It took forever to find a nice, clean, original 1839-O Bust Half! I sent it in for grading and she just graded VF-30, last night I saw this on ebay, DLRC had it up so I contacted John and he hooked me up with a smoking price, they are so great to deal with! What do y'all think! Also any help with the variety?

Congratulations--wish I had the funds to own either.

i'd hope you'd even include not 1 but 2 xmas cards this year too...
- Upper fold of the bust drape is fully separated all the way to the clasp on the XF40
- The large, lower curl (half way between the clasp and star 12) has better definition on the XF40
- Better definition at the tip of the eagle's right (viewer's left) wing on the XF40
- Better definition of the cap fold nearest star 7 on the XF40
These are very small differences, but we are talking about a small difference in grade, and if there's a difference in wear, there should be a difference in the grade assigned.
I do quite like them both, though!
