Is this a legit 1974 PSA 9(OC) Rose?

Is there a way to check the validity of this. Looks like a 7 maybe 8. I don’t see the OC. Can These slabs be tampered with?

Someone who remembers to buy the card and not the holder is going to get a great deal on a nice looking card.

IMO the card appears to be OC T/B and L/R (not by too much).

The thing that would upset me is the top right corner. Other than that, I think it's in the correct holder.

The Oc is for T/B centering and accurate, imo..

I'd think it is an 8 without qualifier, I don't count pixels but it looks like it would fall within that centering guidelines (Anyone who counts pixels + has time verify?).

The case looks absolutely fine to me, there is little to no frosting, just a couple splotches on the bottom... And also a high feedback seller.

They do have a 14 day policy in place worst comes to worst you can return the card and be out $2 for shipping.

the holder looks fine, but 3 out of 4 corners have issues. NM to NM/MT at best.

There's nothing 9ish about that upper-right corner. The grader flat out missed that.

IMO this card has 3 touched corners besides being off center.This card is a 6 or 7 at best.NO WAY this card is a 9 even with the qualifer.
