That has always been the best of the RC's of Griffey. Scarcity and low production (and extremely low when compared to the other sets of that era), coupled with some condition sensitivity, make it a tough PSA 9 or PSA 10.

Some prices realized lately for modern stuff is getting out of line. What next $10,000 for a Bryce Harper card by mid summer.

This card at one time was a $5000 - $6000 card if I remember correctly. When there were only a few PSA 10's available, and before the stock market recession in 2001 or so.
