Problems with Gixen?

Is anyone having issues with Gixen? Last week I lost 2 auctions because snipes didn't fire which I am still devasted about as 1 of the items will probably not be seen again, and last night doesn't look as though they fired as said bid was under asking price when clearly not the case. Luckily I went with a back-up snipe service and won the auctions I was bidding on. I use the free version.

Happened to me last week as well. First time I've ever had problems with them. Been using it for at least 2 years.
