What grade do you feel this 1944 Mercury Dime deserves?

Hard to grade from pic. Could be 65-66 and the bands could be full.

Is that a scratch on the right side of the obverse? If so grade would be less.

Scratch or no scratch in the obverse field above the date going up to the T in Liberty? Also is that a vertical scratch across the middle bands on the reverse?...if it is, that will likely keep it from the FB designation. Are those scratches through "OF" and into the field on the reverse? Maybe scratches in the field under the M of AMERICA?

If that is a hit on the central bands than I will say no FSB. If not than I will say MS64FSB.

When you blow a coin up that much, it magnifies everything, including the weak points. The bands appear to be full, but the left hand side has an area that may preclude the designation. Again, without the coin in hand, it is hard to say. Put me down for 65, possibly FB, but not definitely without seeing the coin.

Wow, did I ever screw up. I was more worried about what looks like a scuff to me between the initials and the rim. I didn't give the scratch marks another thought, as I thought they were on the flip, but now I don't know and the
coin has already been sent to Joe to be photographed. I'll have to wait until he gets the coins and tells me the bad news(or good news--not likely).
    Thanks everyone for your input.

Between the Designer Initials and the Rim: My guess would be just a break in luster but hard to tell for sure. Good luck!

66 No FSB due to the flat spot on the center band.
