Really dumb 1971 Topps Registry Question

So I have been thinking about starting a 1971 Topps HOF players registry set. Really dumb question on this, but how come Hoyt Wilhelm and Jim Bunning aren't listed in the registry? Also, Santo has a card in the 71 set as well. At some point will PSA add him?

    These sets are created via a user request, not by PSA just creating it themselves. Chances are the original requestor made a mistake. Just email PSA with your question and supporting information, and they will most likely poll the registry owners about adding those cards.

    NOTE: I may be wrong about the last part. I have read that many times on here regarding more "fluid" sets where players get added all the time, but it seems to apply here as well.

    Thanks a lot, King.

    Just thought it was extremely odd. I double checked it so many times before I posed this question to the board. One guy I can see an oversight, but I thought it was strange there were two HOFers missing.

    I also thought it was strange someone like Earl Weaver, who made it to the HOF as a manager, isn't included in the set but I didnt want to press my luck.

    Wouldn't be the first time someone requested a set without doing their homework. Heck, it could also be someone who created the set and excluded the ones he didn't have.

    In reality...Santo is not yet a Hall of famer as he has not been inducted yet. So maybe they just missed the Wilhelm and wont add Santo until he has been inducted in July?

    Thoughts?
    I am on a budget and I am not afraid to use it!!

    You could be right. However not only did they forget Wilhelm, they also forgot Bunning.
