Anyone ever seen this 1977 O-Pee-Chee error?

Has anyone ever seen an error with the 1977 O-pee-Chee Blue Jays card? The one i have says printed in the USA but is an O-Pee-Chee card.

    The Expos Coaches card is the same way.

    I only have one 77 OPC - Lou Brock - it says printed in Canada.

    Interesting, I wonder if they have both printed in USA and Canada
