    Looks like the small date to me.

    No.

    That's the "Small Date, Small (reverse) Letters" variety.

    A PCGS blunder ("mechanical error") then. So would this be covered by the PCGS guarantee ?
    Suppose someone paid the large date price for it. Could they turn it over to PCGS and get paid
    the difference between the large-date and small-date value ?
