Ticket Collectors: 1915 Phillies World Series Coupon / Ticket - Pics Inside...real? value?

I came across this recently. Tickets are not my sort of thing, but this looks cool as hell (see the pic below). This does not appear to be a world series ticket or is it? I don't know much about this era. I know Babe Ruth was in this series.
Questions:
1. Is this a ticket or similar to a ticket? Is it real or have these been faked before?
2. What is the market resale value for something like this?
3. If you bought these with the sole intention of reselling, would it be better to have it graded and slabbed by PSA or sell raw?
TYVM for your advice and opinions in advance.

If I had to guess, that would be a cutout from something that you could send in for a contest that the newspaper was holding for a World Series ticket. Given that it expires July 20th, and the series was in October, they wouldn't even know who was in the series.
Personally, if something "rare" is being offered outside of ebay or a well respected auction house, I automatically assume it's fake. All the more so if it's in a screw down holder.
<< <i>I don't know anything about that "coupon" but it's definitely not a ticket. This is what a 1915 ticket looks like

Totally makes sense. Thanks for these words.
