Hey guys,
My uncle got a large box of old coins and really old stamps off of a job site. He gave it to my grandma, and I told her I'd do some research and let her know what I found. So without further Ado, I'll get down to telling everybody what I have.
To start out...
I have the "United States Mint: Medals Of The Presidents" Book 96% full with all the coins, and the coins are as follows:
The White House
George Washington 1789 - 1797

Is this the same book as yours?
...
If so, these are bronze medals produced by the US Mint, and are pretty common. They are still available today through the Mint.
The images above are from an ebay listing (not mine) where a book that is complete through GW Bush is available for $140 as a Buy-It-Now. I'm not saying that's a good or bad price, just giving you a ballpark for comparison, since yours is complete through Reagan.
I think the US Mint sold an album a few years ago, cost around $200.

I've never been able to find mintages on the "D" versions, but I believe some of them are very scarce.
My Denver Mint surplus coin press was used to stike "D"-mint president medals
(I found a John Adams "D" medal in the oil pan).
<< <i>Note that, for a time, these same medals were minted in Denver - and those have a "D" mint mark.

Dan, were any of the medals stamped with a mint mark?

I have a complete set - from Washington to Clinton, all with a "D" mint mark, and all in the original Mint cellophane packs with red stripes on the edges - just like other Denver Mint mint-set coins from mint sets.
This is the one I found in the oil pan of my Denver Mint surplus coin press. It would have been minted some time between 1986 and 2001:
Sorry I havent posted or replied in awhile. Have been tied up with a few things in the past few weeks. I appreciate all the responses. Any and all information is greatly appreciated and look forward to whatever anybody can tell me.
