Ticket Grading Case Choice Problem

I have recently started having my Boxing Ticket collection PSA Graded and encapsulated but from
the last few results I feel PSA is not doing there best to protect my investment
They are putting Tickets in oversized cases with little care for there safety,
this would not be as much an issue if they did not have a case that would fit
but they do have cases that fit the tickets. I know this for sure as I had a
ticket graded PSA 10 in a nice fitted case but it got damaged (dropped and
case was cracked) so I opted to have the ticket re-set in a new case at a cost of
27.50 since I brought it to a show they were at I did not have to pay the original shipping.
As you can see in the following scan the ticket was in a nice fitted case,
so they indeed do have cases that fit. I also requested at the time it was put in the
same style case but was told its up to the grader?
Seems clear they have a case that fits as the ticket I returned for re-slab was in one.
Got it back in a oversized case that now allows the ticket to move around in the case this is
a problem as the corners are now able to hit the edges and if dropped again (hope not)
there could be damage as the ticket is resting in a tilted position it is very possible the
corners could get dented.
I am very disappointed considering this is PSA and they are fully aware of what corner damage
can do to the grade of a ticket/card this is simply not acceptable it would be different
if they did not have a case that would fit but they do and choose to charge me full price
for an inferior job. This is not the first time they have done this to me below you will
see another PSA Graded 8 Ticket that I have seen fitted in a Tall Boy case but they
choose again to put it in a case that will allow damage
AS CAN BE SEEN IN THIS IMAGE CORNERS ARE ALLOWED TO HIT SIDES

SHOWING THE TICKET WILL FIT IN A TALL BOY HOLDER

EVEN WORSE FIT SEE HOW MUCH ROOM THIS TICKET HAS TO ALLOW CORNER DENTING

SCAN SHOWING CASE THE TICKET WAS ORIGINALLY IN BEFORE REPLACMENT AND BEFORE IT GOT CRACKED

Being in the business of grading they are fully aware of condition issues and what could be the result of shipping
through the post office like this, we are all aware of how the post office handles packages and it would not take much
to jar the ticket and damage the corner
I would think they would be more aware of there reputation and want to keep there standards at a higher level then
this
its up to the Grader as to what size holder they use, I just have to pay my money and hope for the
best. Apparently the Graders do as they please and there is no way to control them
