As stated in the title of this thread:
Why doesn't spot price for rhodium move. Been watching it for a bit and seems like it has flatlined. Is that possible in this volatile pm market? I mean, not even a cent change?

Unlike gold, silver and even platinum, rhodium is a VERY small market and just isn't traded very often. There are very few places who deal in paper rhodium, let alone the physical metal itself. The buy-sell spread is quite high, even for the paper trading. With literally no action in the market, no one is biting on buying. And those who own shares/paper ounces already aren't selling either. Result = stalemate.

Yeah, interesting. It had a good curve up to 208, where its numbers were absolutely incredible. Wonder what was different for its upswing at that time than now. Use, hype, etc.?

Looking at the max lenght chart on kitco, even the little bump in 2010 was a doubler. Seems like the longshot gem to have a small amount for balance, but expensive.

    Where would one sell it?
