I need a little advice

I bought a hat off of NBA.com on the ninth and paid for 3-5 day delivery it never came so I emailed them back about it they said they email me on the 15th (i never received such email) Why didnt they send the email the 10th when they were supposed to send. And worst off they have now for some reason blocked my email address from sending to them

What should/can I do?

ah shiz man....that totally sucks. are you sure you cant email them? i dont understand why a huge corporation would be out to screw you like that...try mailing them again, and if nothing, contact the bbb.

Did you get an e-mail noting nba.com's receipt of your payment or do you have proof of payment.If so,treat it the same as a bad trade and go to your postmaster to see if mail fraud charges can be filed.

do't see why not.you might want to see what info there might be on the potal site.I think it's http://www.usps.gov.If not,go to your local PO and ask to talk to the postmaster.They are usually very helpful.Remember,they are government workers and your taxes pay their salary (providing you work...LOL) .Look at it this way,what ya got to lose

Problem solved the hat was out of stock
and there has been a problem with their email which is why i never received a cancellation email and why i believed i was being blocked
and they just recredited my card
