Can someone PLEASE tell me how to block people from PMs?

Im usually pretty saavy with the message boards, but for the life of me, I cant find where to block specific people from PMing me. If anyone can tell me how that can be done, PLEASE explain to me!

Write the screen name in where it says: Ignore user.

Does that just do PMs or does that do all messages on the boards too?
