1982 Wrestling All Stars Series A complete set found

Hi!
I just found a comlete set of the 1982 Wrestling All Stars Series A packed away in a box from when my husband was a kid. They're all in really good condition. No bent corners and have been in little plastic sleeves. We're interested in selling them but have no idea on where to get them graded or how to price them. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Always buying Bobby Cox inserts. PM me.
Thanks!
No they were only issued in mail order only sealed set form. Here are a few examples of the order forms from The Wrestling News magazine.

In 1983 his business collapsed when Vince Jr. took over the WWF and began making his own programs for the matches. The Wrestling News was the primary program publisher for all of the major wrestling promoters at the time.
I had a chance to buy his last four sets about a month ago at a great price but wanted him to get a few sold for big profits and told him to put them on EBAY so he could sell them to the highest bidder. He has sold two of the four so not many left.
The 1982A and 1982B are much more rare in sealed form. I am sure there are more out there but not to many.
<< <i>we're game... didn't even know we had them. They were packed up with star wars figures >>
The we're game response to the get your popcorn ready response is weird. If it were my 2nd post ever I would have been like what do you mean, or where you being sarcastic. Seems odd...

Honest truth... MIL said she put legos in my attic. I went looking but found a box of Star Wars stuff and in it were these cards. My husband doesn't even remember collecting them. But we've got them and have no interest in keeping them. So I just wanted some advice on how to sell them. Btw... the lego were in the basement closet. We've given those to our 5 yr old son who is now addicted to star wars.
Hope this helps.

One of the issues that many of these cards have are very poor centering from the top to bottom. It appears many of the cards you have posted have this issue.
It has been a while since a raw set has been listed on EBAY. The last few have been for sealed sets and those go for a great deal more with the hope of pristine cards.
Graded copies of these cards can go for a great deal more then ungraded examples and I would caution using prices of graded cards on EBAY as your expectation level.
If you want to move them quickly and want fast cash I am sure you will have no problem doing so. If you are trying to maximize your profits and do not deal in trading cards then as another board member stated using a well known consignor would be your best bet.
When many people say a card has sharp corners they do not realize that to have mint corners they must come to a razor sharp point and have no fraying or give in the card stock at all.
I think you could certainly get a minimum of $500 for your set. Without seeing up close pictures of the corners I caution giving a number any higher then that.

Quite honestly- I think there is a "Win / Win" here. Send them to Dpeck and pay him $75 for his advice on what should be graded and what should be sold raw. Then based on his advice (he's the set expert, remember), then seller will know the most profitable route to go. At that point, send the raw ones to Probstein to sell, and send the rest to PSA.

That's good advice, Dpeck would certainly be the best to help you maximize profits. Good Luck with however you choose to sell. Getting some graded is probably the right way to go.

LOL, This is one of the funnier things I have read in a while!

This is obviously a Roberto Clemente signature. Not sure what you guys are thinking...
Nice find, Juliett. I'd just sell them to dpeck and make it quick and easy.
<< <i>Yes there was a good amount that were never sold from the 1983 set. The original editor of the magazine and the man responsible for creating the cards Norman Keitzer sold them to www.wrestleprints.com.

You had a chance to buy who's last four sets? Keitzer's? This seems like a big revelation since everyone's been told there were no sets left in the warehouse. There's been some concern over the past couple of years that the price on these has been artificially driven up and someone is feeding these cards into circulation while sitting on a huge stockpile of them.
