I have a couple of Lincoln Varieties which I've listed on eBay, but thought I'd mention them here as well and of course offer them at a better price to my fellow forum members.
1909 VDB Lincoln Cent DDO FS-1102 PCGS MS64+RD - Listed at $699.95 on eBay - $600 here only
This PCGS MS64+RD example of the FS-1102 variety offered here is an amazingly attractive example and has been certified in the PCGS Secure Plus holder. The coin shows the variety very well and the color of the coin is very even golden red color with no fading or spotting. The coin also has great luster and the surfaces of the coin are nearly free of any marks. This coin would have undoubtedly graded a point or two higher had the luster been just a bit stronger and brighter. An overall wonderful example and is more eye appealing than many examples graded higher. This is the only example of the variety graded MS64+RD by PCGS and provides excellent value for the price. For reference, this variety in MS65RD is valued at $1,000 in the PCGS Price Guide. This is the example of the variety I have held in my personal collection of 1909 dated coins for awhile now and am only selling now because I have recently upgraded to an MS66RD example.
1909 VDB Lincoln Cent DDO FS-1102 PCGS MS64BN - Listed at $399.95 on eBay - $350 here only
This PCGS MS64BN example of this variety is also a very attractive example for the grade. The coin shows the variety very well and the color of the coin is very even and even has some original mint red popping through, though not quite enough red to earn the RB color designation. The coin's luster is good and the surfaces of the coin are nearly free of marks and spotting. I thought this should have gotten the 64+ grade, but oh well, it's still a great example of the variety.
1911-S/S Lincoln Cent RPM FS-501 PCGS MS64RB - Listed at $1249.95 on eBay - $1100 here only
This Lincoln Cent is a pretty tough early Lincoln variety to find and have attributed. Though my pics really don't show the RPM well, this coin is a match to the FS-501 which is imaged in the Cherrypicker's Guide and the variety has been confirmed and attributed by PCGS on the label. For reference, I have included a close up photo below of the FS-501 RPM from a PCGS MS64BN example I used to own. This PCGS MS64RB example is the highest grade of this repunched mintmark variety attributed to date so it is not possible to get one of these graded higher at this time. If you are building a top quality Lincoln variety set, this is the best you can get. The 1911-S/S FS-501 in MS64RB is listed in PCGS CoinFacts as being a population 5 coin with none graded higher!!! Moreover, the variety is seemingly rare considering the total population of this variety in all grades being less than 15 coins!!! As of the date of this listing PCGS CoinFacts shows 4 coins graded XF40, 2 in MS64BN, 3 in MS63RB and 5 in MS64RB with no full RD examples certified and attributed. Although designated as being red-brown, this example is nearly full red, maybe 95% red, has very nice luster and has a decent strike. The coin does show slight discoloration/dirtiness, especially on the obverse and what could be a very faint fingerprint in the left obverse field. The reverse of the coin is very eye appealing with a really nice nearly full red color with just enough colorful toning to be designated as red-brown and really no major distractions. Again, if you’ve been looking for a high grade 1911-S/S FS-501 Lincoln Cent, here is your opportunity.
