1947 P & S Washingtons

A couple more Washies for the set. Both are PCGS MS66. I prefer the P, but I find the S subtly attractive too. The images are by Shane Canup and I think he did an excellent job.

I like them both, but prefer the "S" coin.

I also prefer the "S" for it's muted colors.
The P seems garish, although it's normal I'm told.

Both are nice. While the color is more dramatic on the P, I prefer the pastels of the S.

Agreed that both are very nice toners.

But I'm with the group that prefers the "P" mint Washie.

Love that philly. I'm not crazy about the dark toning on the revese of the S.

I really like your '47p, and I think you know why. image

But here's my two '47p examples. I like them both, the 66 was from a wayte raymond album, and the 65 was from a double mint set. Seems to be a date/mm, that's not to tough to find with rainbow patina.
