Interesting pack ending on ebay today:
Molitor GAI auto cello

It was at $125 so bid $215 on it and was immediatelly outbid which made me both a little bit sad and I little bit glad. I think the unopened card market is picking up quite a bit this year which is good to see.

I had never seen an autograph ON THE SLAB! Is that common for pack collectors? I would think it would smear, smudge, or "thin out" over time.

If the slabs are made with any PVC, they will fade over time due to oil breakdown.

Not necessarily true if you use the right pen for the product. Staedtler makes a set of overhead transparency permanent pens that are supposedly guaranteed to hold over time. I have had several rack and cello packs signed and it seems to turn out great and thus far have held up perfectly.

I am really shocked at how few bids so far have been placed on this pack. Wonder if it will go cheaply?
