WTBuy: modern silver proof sets

I want these for silver content, & the cheaper the better! Large quantitys are prefered over just a few & full sets or just the quarters are ok.
Mainly looking for the 2000 and up sets that are a great deal, but will certainly buy older silver proof sets at the same price. Banged up or missing boxes are fine, cracked cases are fine, missing coins are fine.
Don't bother if you want a big premium, I've bought dozens and dozens at & just under melt lately. The only thing I'll pay a premium for is 1999 full sets, or 1999 all quarters sets. I might also pay a bit extra for 2008 if we are striking a deal on others already.
Please let me know what you have & what your price is with shipping.

Thanks, these will ship to GA

Big purchase is in the works, but still buying all silver proof sets, any year, for spot price. This is normally more than you'd net on ebay.

Buying silver proof sets again. Paying silver spot times full silver content, plus add the clad face value.
Also buying commemoratives at spot and possibly other silver US coinage.
