Rare issue 1921 Shotwell Checkers Popcorn George Dauss (1921 E121 American Carmel)

I got this card in a group from an auction. I tried to research and find out as much as I could, but this issue apparently is pretty rare. I'm wondering if anyone here has more information about these. This card appears to be a parallel to the 1921 E121 American Carmel Series. I found an article written about the Babe Ruth from this set linked below. Lastly, I found an old thread on net54 about what must be a similar card. The net54 thread said that PSA won't grade these. I'm wondering if anyone here has any idea as to value or any information you all might have

Your example, if authentic, is indeed very very rare. The trimming is pretty f'ugly. You'd likely get some type collectors simply happy to have the type. But I'd imagine a few hundred dollars if you can find the right buyer. It is a somewhat limited market, though, given that the card is a common, it is heavily trimmed, etc.
Nice score.
