ANACS little white slab. Sure, it's net graded... but up until recently it's been my favorite (and that includes owning a PCGS Secure Plus MS64 RED!)

up until i read you stated it was anacs, i thought it was not authentic

It's authentic. Authentically, severely damaged!
You know when a grading service says it is "severely" anything, that's pretty sad.
